If you need to exchange a product for a different size or model it must be returned to us in new and unused condition in the original and undamaged packaging. Returns will not be accepted in any other condition. Once we receive it we will issue credit to your account and you may then order another size or item. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO RETURNING PRODUCTS TO US. Please provide pictures of the product and packaging when you contact us for returns.
In the event that you decide you do not want a product that you ordered – refunds may be processed minus a 10% restocking fee (cost of shipping/handling and credit card fees). The amount of purchase minus the 10% restocking fee will be applied after we receive the item in new un-opened condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If goods ordered are received in damaged condition then this must be reported to Solon Systems within 48 hours of receipt together with photographic evidence. We will then be able to replace or arrange repair of the damaged items
