- For the smaller centre lathes - fabricated steel chuck safety guards with high impact strength polycarbonate screens fitted onto stainless steel mounting arms with integrated microswitches.
- For the larger lathes – sliding fabricated steel protection screens with high impact strength polycarbonate windows and mounted onto high rigidity headstock mounted frames with integrated microswitches. Standard sizes to suit up to 1.2m diameter chuck. Options for integrated adjustable coolant deflector.

- Chip Safety Guards - saddle mounted adjustable chip guards available for rear or front fitting dependant on size and type of lathe. Options for integrated coolant system available.
- Lead screw roller blind protection - These roller blind units have heavy duty return spring systems fitted. Roller protection fabric is heat resistant. Available to suit bed lengths up to 3.0m.
- Back Safety Guards - custom built or standard universal back-guards are available to prevent access to dangerous parts of the machine from the rear.
Milling Machine Guarding Solutions
Standard range of guarding solutions are available for most types and sizes of vertical, horizontal and universal milling machines.
- Cutter Safety Guards- hinged and interlocked cutter guards with protection screens up to 600m dia are mounted onto a range of rigid adjustable interlocked arms that fit onto a stainless steel bracket designed to fit on the side of the machine.
- Table Safety Guards- fabricated steel table guards with hinged interlocked loading doors with high impact strength vision panels and adjustable height polycarbonate screens to three sides. Options include a vice opening in the loading doors and an integrated front tray.
Drilling Machine Guarding Solutions
Innovative range of side hinged drill guards with 4 designs of mounting bracket incorporating integrated microswitches.
The mounting brackets are designed to fit to the side of the drilling machine head. A stainless steel rod passes through the mounting bracket and is height adjustable. Three sizes of high impact strength transparent polycarbonate protections fit onto the stainless steel rod. This provides clear vision during drilling and hinges to the side for easy and safe access to the drill and drill chuck.
